If you were to go to a weight loss clinic, would you take advice from a therapist who is overweight? If a doctor told you to quit smoking for your health, and then you saw him smoking on a break, wouldn't that undermine your confidence in his advice.

I can remember vividly the times when I worked in corporate America and was told by upper management that we had to take time to have "balance" in our life so as not to get overstressed. And then the next day, hypocritically being given tasks that were impossible to accomplish by the deadline.

Prior to becoming a hypnotist in the Seattle area, I was a manager for Fedex Express. I was sick, had back pain, and on anti-depressants for years. The stresses of life were literally killing me. I caught every cold, flu or infection and felt stuck in a place in life where I felt there was no way out. Alcohol was my medication of choice.

These days I can keep up with my 2 young boys that I love to play games and sports with. On any given off day, you might find me at the gym, hiking, travelling, networking, creating, or any other sort of adventure I can dream up.
